According to TMZ and other various news sources, rapper and actor, Heavy D, government name Dwayne Myers, has passed away after being rushed to an Los Angeles hospital earlier today. Heavy D was a very popular rapper in the late 80′s and 90′s who broke away from music to launch a successful acting career. He most recently appeared in Law and Order SVU.
Heavy D’s last tweet read, BE INSPIRED. It was tweeted 16 hours ago.

After weeks of testimonies, arguments, and allegations regarding the death of Michael Jackson, the verdict is now in. The L.A. based jury found Jackson’s then physician, Dr. Conrad Murary has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in a California courtroom.
Dr. Murray has been convicted of a felony and will be in the county’s custody until he is sentenced next month. The judge has found that Dr. Murray’s safety is at risk and that he should be remanded into custody without bail.
